During some down-time, I offered to do a complimentary project for a local up-and-coming tattoo artist. I noticed in that in her tattoo parlor, the other artists had small booklets advertising their portfolios to those who walked in. This artist did not and I felt it was a missed opportunity. After getting to know her (Skipper) and her art style, we discovered that the y2k/windows98 aesthetic would be perfect to pair with her flash designs and previous work.
