
Brooks Running
From 2021 to 2022 I was on the Brooks Running social media team at Curiosity. During that time, I had the opportunity to work on a few fun social media activations.

Dirty Kicks Reel
The client wanted me to recreate a tiktok template for this reel. Since the client could not access the template itself, I took a little time to dissect the template and learn how I could recreate it in After Effects. The final result was just dropping in the selected images (10) and having them flash on screen for only like a quarter of a second. How did I make 10 images flashing for a quarter of second last so long? The answer, cropping! I made precise crops on the same few images to give the illusion that I had 3x the images.

Ghost 15 Carousel - Images 1-2
Here the team wanted to promote the release of the Ghost 15 line with a short carousel of images. These images were from a larger shoot that Curiosity did beforehand. I selected from those photos the top four that I felt showcased the shoe, its utility and diversity. The last image of the carousel needed to be used as a backdrop for the call to action and logo.

Global Running Day
Brooks of course loves to celebrate Global Running Day every year. In 2022, the creative director and I worked together on this carousel of images, encouraging everyone to get out there and run. While the creative director designed the look and feel, I sourced the UGC images, did some light retouching and finalized the layout.


International Women's Day
On this project, the creative director and I collaborated together to come up with the style and motion design for this reel. I then took over and handled all the motion/animation building on my own in After Effects exclusively.
